Prerequisites

  • A Zoho CRM account. If you do not have one, you can sign up at Zoho CRM Signup.

Activation Steps

  1. Log in to OTPLESS:

    • Open the OTPLESS app and log in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Connectors:

    • In the dashboard, go to the Connectors section.
  3. Choose Zoho CRM Connector:

    • From the list of available connectors, select “Zoho CRM.”
  4. Activate Connector:

    • Click “Activate” to add the Zoho CRM connector to your list of active connectors.
  5. Link Zoho Account:

    • Click on the “Link Account” button.
    • Follow the prompts to log in to your Zoho account and authorize OTPLESS to access your Zoho CRM data.
    • After linking, you will be shown the email address of the Zoho account where the contacts will be created.

    • Log in to your Zoho CRM account if you haven’t done so during activation.
  2. Review in OTPLESS:

    • Go back to the OTPLESS app.
    • In the Zoho CRM connector settings, review the email address of the Zoho account where the contacts will be created, which is auto-filled after the connection is successful.

Connector Testing

  1. Verify Contact Creation:

    • Log in to your app/website using OTPLESS to trigger the connector.
    • Check your Zoho CRM to verify that the contact has been created and the user data is correctly populated.
  2. Check Logs:

    • Monitor the logs in both OTPLESS and Zoho CRM for any errors or issues with the data synchronization.

Troubleshooting

  • Account Linking Issues:

    • Ensure you have authorized OTPLESS to access your Zoho CRM account.
    • Re-link your account if necessary.
